The Vos cold press oil press machine is specially designed for low-temperature oil extraction from a variety of oilseeds, including sesame, flaxseed, walnut, and sunflower seed. Unlike traditional methods, cold pressing retains the natural flavor, color, and nutritional value of the oil by avoiding excessive heat. Oilseeds are cleaned and pre-treated (e.g. dehulled or crushed depending on variety.
The material is fed into the cold press chamber without pre-heating.
A specially designed screw shaft gradually compresses the seeds at low temperature (below 60°C).
Oil is released through the press filter gaps, while the oil cake is discharged from the end.
