Working Principle – Single Screw Press Operation

Cottonseeds are first dehulled and cleaned to remove impurities. After appropriate moisture conditioning, they are fed into the oil press hopper. Inside the press chamber:

1、A rotating screw shaft compresses the cottonseed gradually.

2、Oil is extracted through small slotted holes in the press cage.

3、The resulting crude oil is collected, while the pressed cottonseed cake is discharged at the end.

4、Optionally, a filter can be used to purify the oil before storage or refining.

This method provides a mechanical, solvent-free oil extraction solution suitable for various scales of production.
