How It Works – Peanut Oil Pressing Process

Vos peanut oil press machines follow a direct mechanical pressing method using a screw shaft to gradually apply pressure on the oilseeds. Here's a typical hot pressing process:

Pre-treatment: Peanuts are cleaned and roasted to remove moisture and improve oil yield.

Feeding: Roasted peanuts are evenly fed into the hopper.

Pressing: Inside the chamber, the rotating screw gradually compresses the material while pushing it toward the outlet.
